The Experience

Artscape is America's largest free arts festival, held annually in Downtown Baltimore. Spanning a weekend, it features live music performances, visual art installations, an artisan market, fine art fairs, food, and immersive cultural experiences. Now located at 100 Holliday Street as part of Mayor Scott's Downtown Rise Initiative, the 2026 edition continues over 40 years of celebrating Baltimore's creative community.
