The Experience
The Patriotic Festival Country Weekend is an annual three-day country music event held Memorial Day weekend at Scope Arena in downtown Norfolk, Virginia. The 22nd edition (2026) features performances by Zach Top, Brooks & Dunn, and The Red Clay Strays. Presented by Whisper Concerts, the City of Norfolk, and SevenVenues, the festival also includes pre-show activities, military exhibits, and vendor experiences on the Scope Arena Plaza and upper concourse.
